The Greggs Breakfast Club Appeal, which took place from 25th June to 1st July, has smashed last year’s fundraising target. Over £100,000 was raised in just 7 days which will fund the equivalent of 400,000 nutritious breakfasts for children in breakfast clubs throughout the UK.
Greggs customers and colleagues once again demonstrated their unwavering commitment to supporting children at Greggs Foundation Breakfast Clubs through the week-long fundraising campaign. Retail teams rallied together to promote the 25p till donation with a series of fancy dress and fundraising events.
Such a substantial rise in donations only highlights the dedication and passion of Greggs customers and colleagues, who embraced fundraising on behalf of The Greggs Foundation.
The funds raised during appeal week will be added to the already impressive rise in 25p till donations during 2023. Helping The Greggs Foundation on the way to reaching our goal of opening 1,000 Breakfast Clubs by 2025 and supporting our existing 840+ clubs throughout the UK.
