2024 impact report

As we look back on a busy and inspiring 2024, we’re proud to share some of the key achievements of the Greggs Foundation in our latest Impact Report. This past year has been one of growth and hitting key milestones, but also a deepened commitment to the communities we serve—made possible by the incredible support of our partners, Greggs colleagues, and generous supporters. 

One of our proudest milestones was reaching 1,000 Breakfast Clubs across the UK. It’s a moment of pride we were thrilled to celebrate with everyone who helped make it happen. 

We also hit a new high in grant giving – distributing over £5.4 million in grants to our communities in 2024. This is testament to the growing reach and impact of the Foundation, and we’re excited to build on this momentum in 2025. 

2024 was also the year we started work on our new programme for schools, Feeding Brighter Futures.  The new programme evolves our Breakfast Clubs to cover a greater part of the school day, providing equal access to extracurricular and enrichment activities in schools. By investing in opportunities beyond the classroom, we’re helping to create stronger foundations for every child to thrive. 

Our Community Grants programme continues to support grassroots organisations making a real difference. This year’s report features inspiring stories from groups like LS14 Trust and Hope St Mellons, who are driving positive change in their local areas.
