Declaration and Submission

By ticking the box you declare that the applicant has given their authority to act on their behalf. You confirm that the information given in the form is true to the best of your and your organisation's knowledge. It is your responsibility to ensure that the grant is spent appropriately and receipts provided for all purchases which must be made available to us on request. If the cheque is not cashed within 6 months of the date of the cheque it will be assumed that the grant is no longer required. Any unspent element of the grant will be returned to The Greggs Foundation unless otherwise specified.
