Help with applying online

The Greggs Foundation uses an online form for many of its grant programmes, as this allows us to spend less time processing applications and more time focussing on helping those in need. It also saves your organisation the cost of posting an application and allows us to get the same information from all applicants, making it easier for us to compare their needs and eligibility.

We hope that using the online application forms will be straightforward, but there are a few pointers below that should help.

General

• Most of the boxes you'll be filling in are 'required' in order to complete and submit the application form.  There are two things to look out for when filling in the boxes - if a required box is filled in correctly, its' border will turn green to show everything is ok.  If you miss a box that's required, its' border will turn red and a message will prompt you to fill it in.  You will not be able to submit your form when there are red boxes on the form.
• Boxes asking for a phone number - please include the area code and phone number without a space inbetween i.e. 01912127626 is correct, 0191 2127626 will not work.
• Boxes asking for email addresses must contain a valid email address.
• If you click the submit button and aren't taken to a thank-you page, please scroll up and ensure that you have filled in all of the boxes.
